30 Day Warranty Policy

Naturalcy Picks products are warranted for a period of 30 days, starting the day that you received your product, by original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Naturalcy Picks obligation under this warranty should be limited to the exchange of the product or money refund ONLY if the product (guitar pick) broke while being in use, and after receiving a photo of the broken pick for us to inspect it and determined the cause of the breakage.

The above warranty does not extend to items damaged or subject to accident, product dropped, abuse or misuse. Naturalcy Picks will in no event be liable for any incidental or damage whatsoever after the purchase.

Warranty Claims. If your guitar pick brakes or snaps while in use within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at sales@naturalcypicks.com with a brief description and a photo of the broken pick, once we review your information, if your claim is accepted, we will issue an exchange or refund within two business days.
